Payment Process

When you place an order, your card is pre-authorized for the total amount. For example, if you purchase an item for $900, a pre-authorization for $900 will appear on your bank statement, but you are not charged yet.

Once we confirm the order with our supplier and they begin preparing it for shipment, we finalize the charge on your card.

This process allows you a short window of time (a few hours) to swap or cancel your order if needed. If you choose to cancel, we will void the pre-authorization, and the hold on your bank account will be released.
