We offer a variety of precision manufacturing machines, including CNC Routers, CNC Milling Machines, CNC Lathes, and 3D Printers.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping on orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Transit time varies between 4-6 business days, meaning most orders arrive within 5-9 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout within 24 business hours. If you do not receive tracking details within five business days, please contact us at support@cncmachineking.com.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged upon delivery, please document the damage with photos and email us at support@cncmachineking.com within 15 calendar days. For freight shipments, if damage is not noted on the delivery papers, you have five business days to report it.
Can I return my order?
Non-custom products that are unused and unopened may be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders may be canceled or modified at no cost as long as they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return following our return policy. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options at checkout.
Do you offer warranties on your products?
