Tech support will be free as long as the warranty is active. Afterwards, tech support will be charged at $100/hr. Extended warranties are available for $250/year for all models except for the Scara series. Scara series warranties are $450/year. Please still call/email at any time for simple and easy questions, even out of warranty. If needed, please watch our step-by-step tutorial videos, which cover most things about our printers.
